RISKS:

  • Occupied Manufacturing Facility.
  • We encountered elevation issues with the storm system which caused for a re-design and modifications to existing infrastructure.
  • The existing foundations were discovered to not be sufficient to support the new loading dock

HOW WE OVERCAME, ORCHESTRATED OUTCOME:

  • We created a new temporary gravel parking lot to accommodate staff parking as well as construction Vehicle.
  • We worked closely with the design team to redesign and implement the storm pipe and structures to accommodate the new loading dock needs.
  • We hired a structural engineer to design the storing and underpinning of the existing foundation at the new loading dock.
