  • The project involved setting structures and had to be performed during the night into the early morning, which made visibility difficult without proper lighting.
  • The area around I395 where we were working was heavily congested all throughout the night.
  • Limited work space due to working in the middle of I395. Could only bring machines of a limited size due to these restrictions.
  • Critical utilities in the area.

HOW WE OVERCAME, ORCHESTRATED OUTCOME:

  • Our crew was self-sufficient by bringing their own lighting and tools.
