HOW WE OVERCAME, ORCHESTRATED OUTCOME:

  • We carpooled as needed in order to avoid the parking issues between the other trades and the church staff members.
  • We had our materials deliveries staggered as we need them to avoid congestion on the site.
  • We proactively worked through our utility and elevation issues as soon as we discovered them We worked closely with the utility company as well as the designer and the county authorities to solve the problem, coordinate the work and implement the solutions.
